The fishermen at the port offer these trips to visit the numerous caves of Marettimo.These include the Grotta Cammello (Camel Cave) which has a gravel beach inside it, The Grotta Tuono (Thunder Cave), The Grotta Perciata and, in particular, the Grotta Presepio (Nativity Scene Cave) co called because of the natural rock formations which seem to have the form of the nativity scene.
